It Saves You Fuel Which Saves You Money
Lower your gas and electric bill by utilizing a wood burning stove or fireplace. Wood-burning appliances can actually be up to 50% more energy efficient than a gas or electric fireplace.
Wood is also better for the environment compared to natural gas and propane. It’s considered “carbon-neutral,” which means when it burns, it doesn’t add additional carbon dioxide to the environment.
You’ll be Prepared for Any Power Outages
Whether it’s caused by the weather or a tower is down, power outages can happen quite frequently in New Hampshire. When you can’t flip on a light switch or turn on the heat, wood for a fire is always there for you. By having a sufficient amount of wood for the season, you’ll be prepared for any of these incidents that call for a fire.

Green Firewood
Planning ahead and looking to save some extra money? Then our green firewood might be the best choice for you. It’s clean, freshly split and ready for delivery, but unlike our seasoned cordwood, it just hasn’t waited out our eight-month storage and drying process. We use only the best and cleanest “logging” wood. It’s straight grain, consistently sized and extremely clean to deliver you a premium wood-burning experience, each and every time.
Green firewood, but we do offer bulk discounts for those looking to make a larger order.
Seasoned Firewood
Seasoned firewood is the type of firewood that’s ready to go right away. Our seasoned cordwood is clean, dry, precisely split and can be purchased for immediate use any time of the year. It’s perfect for those last minute occasions that require a warm fire or if you haven’t had time to plan ahead with green firewood.
As experts in logging and cordwood, our process is designed to provide you with wood that burns best. To do this, we store our wood on asphalt for at least eight months which allows for cleaner and more thorough drying. The end result is interior moisture content that allows the most potential BTU’s (heat), which gives you more efficiency for your money. To eliminate pests, fine bark, splinters and other loose debris, we run our wood through a screen several times during the 8-month drying process.
We offer both semi-seasoned and seasoned firewood. Our semi-seasoned firewood is 3-6 months dried and costs *call for price* per cord, where our seasoned firewood is 8-months dried and will cost *call for price* per cord. One cord — a stack 4’x4’x8’ or 128 cu. ft. of pieces 16 to 18” long — is the standard unit of sale and we recommend three to five cords for a typical New England winter. We also offer bulk discounts for homes looking to stock up this winter or for larger estates.
